Kevin J. Kelly's extensive career in financial services began as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch in 1976. Mr. Kelly held positions as Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and ultimately National Sales Manager at Merrill Lynch before moving to Midland Doherty where he became President.

Mr. Kelly has had significant experience on the "Buy Side" of the industry as well. He served as President of The Investment Corporation of Saskatchewan which ultimately became Greystone Capital and as President of Bimcor Inc., Canada's largest privately owned investment management company. His clients included some of Canada’s largest pension funds such as Bell Canada, Nortel and BCE Inc.

In 1995 Mr. Kelly became President of Fidelity Investments Canada Ltd. This company quickly became Canada's fastest growing mutual fund company expanding from approximately 5 billion dollars to over 30 billion dollars in assets.

In 1998 Mr. Kelly moved to Boston to become President of Fidelity's Institutional Services Company which managed approximately 125 billion Dollars (U.S.) for its American clients. His responsibilities also included maintaining oversight for the Canadian business as well as for Fidelity's businesses in South America.

In 2000, Mr. Kelly became President of Fidelity Brokerage Company, Fidelity's largest operating company with assets under management in excess of 500 billion dollars (U.S.). In 2005, he became President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Wellington West Capital Inc. Mr Kelly is also currently a board member and commissioner of the Ontario Securities Commission.

Mr. Kelly hails from Halifax, Nova Scotia where he graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
