Henry Dauphin is a Senior Advisor at Fulbright Canada where he supports its CEO and executive team's vision of developing its Entrepreneurship Initiative into a thriving entrepreneurship ecosystem, and contributes to its Honoring Nations initiative. As founder of The Geftas Institute, an economic and human development research organization collaborating with institutions such as the Harvard Kennedy School, he advances the science of prosperity economics. Previously, he founded RHV Advisory, a global consultancy in innovation intelligence and engineering, collaborating with early-stage entities to shape the future leveraging enterprise sciences.
With over two decades of pioneering experience, Henry specializes in developing unique, data-driven innovation solutions. His strategic insights have propelled Fortune 500 companies, award-winning startups, university innovation labs, and high-impact commercialization platforms to new heights. Notably, his work has significantly benefited industry leaders such as 3M, Nike, Omnicom, and Meta, and incubators like the Harvard Innovation Lab, where he serves as a venture advisor.
He is deeply passionate about democratizing access to entrepreneurship as a means to harness human capital and achieve prosperity at scale. With a strong background in mathematics, philosophy and game theory, Henry holds a bachelor of commerce from McGill University and is a Master of Public Administration candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School as a Fulbright Scholar.
