"In these times of rapid change, we have the opportunity to think beyond the short-term solutions to COVID-19 and build resilience into our recovery while planning for the unknown future." – Jae Cooper

We are pleased to present our next speaker series event set to take place on Monday, August 24, 2020, at 2:00 PM (EDT). The featured speaker is Jae Cooper, Partner and Founder of Elevate Consulting, a firm based in Victoria, B.C. and Edmonton, AB, Canada. As an accomplished strategist, facilitator, and trusted advisor, Jae provides management consulting services to government, crown corporations, public post-secondary and health sector agencies, and private sector organizations. Currently, Jae is leading COVID-19 response preparedness efforts for ministries and crown corporations in B.C. and has recently designed and implemented an innovative methodology to support organizations as they position themselves in today’s complex operating environment. Jae’s methodology enables organizations to build flexible work approaches while COVID is in our midst, while also planning for the future.

During the session, Jae will explore approaches for building flexible work environments, while the pandemic is in our midst.  He will also provide an overview of an agile methodology for proactively planning for and managing uncertainty with a focus on emerging trends related to the pandemic.  A Q&A session will follow.

Fulbright Canada is grateful to Jae Cooper for taking the time to share his expertise through the Fulbright Canada Speaker Series.  We encourage you to share this public event with members of your network, either directly or via social media.
